- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
- Is there a free trial?
- Growth and Pro plans both include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. The Starter plan is free indefinitely.
- What counts as a 'donation'?
- A donation is any record you create in DonorPulse — whether received online, by cheque, bank transfer, or cash. Monthly limits (20 on Starter, 100 on Growth, 200 on Pro) reset on the first day of each calendar month.
- How does Gift Aid work?
- On Pro and Enterprise, DonorPulse automatically identifies eligible donations and generates an HMRC-compliant R68 claim file. You review and submit it directly to HMRC — we handle the data preparation.
- What are the Enterprise pricing tiers?
- Enterprise pricing is negotiated based on donation volume and the platform fee drops to 0 – 0.3%. Contact our sales team and we'll put together a custom quote within one business day.
